Thesis

The boring work moves to machines.

Watching a site is hours of attention for minutes that matter. That work is moving to cameras, robots and software, the way so much repetitive work already has. Machines watch the site; people handle what matters.

Where it leads

Every place should understand itself.

We’re building the nervous system for the real world, turning what happens on the ground into decisions worth making.

We start with security because it is where every minute and every record counts. What a site learns there is what lets it understand itself.

Principles

Three things we build by.

  1. Connect.

Build on what is already there.

Sites already have cameras, sensors, access control and people who know the ground. Valanor runs above all of it, so a site can add robots or drones without starting again.

  2. Understand.

Make what a site knows accumulate.

Every observation belongs with the place, the time and the people that give it meaning. Each shift adds to the record, and uncertainty stays visible to the people who decide.

  3. Act.

    Keep people in command.

Machines can watch every minute. Deciding who goes, and why, stays with a person, and every decision is kept with the evidence behind it.
